  Pretty solid gym. The free-weight area has just about everything you need to complete most workouts. The machine area has a decent amount of equipment. For the size, I'd say this is a great value gym. The owner is very friendly and never fails to greet you as you come in the door or leave. Most of the hours I go, the gym is wide open for use. While I don't have kids, it's pretty nice to see that there's a dedicated child area so kids are running around everywhere like you see in bigger gyms.
  
  My only complaint is, due to being a smaller gym, when the personal trainer is working with larger groups, it can be crowded in multiple areas. It's not a problem during peak times, but I try to avoid peak times so I can avoid the crowds.
  
  All in all, I'd rate this gym about a 4.5 star. It's a hideaway gem for those that like to hit the gym in peace.

  After considerable deliberation, I decided to downgraded to a 3 star review. This has nothing to do with the gym itself. The gym is still a 4.5 star to me. The "personal trainer" is an overweight, out of shape man who spends more time on his phone than he does with the "clients". My original complaint was worded extremely lightly. This isn't a huge gym that can afford a good 1/5th of the floor area to a man who would rather play on his phone and talk to random women in the gym. If he were to be replaced or counseled on professionalism, I'll likely return to my original rating. It's just silly what has become acceptable and I'm truly surprised that the "clients" accept him acceptable.
