  Weak service. Bad attitude!
  I made an appt two days in advance for a full set w/ dipping powder (which I was sold into), a pedicure, and lash extensions.
  When I arrive, on time, I'm seated with an older woman who pulls out supplies to do a basic manicure. I quickly reminded her that my appointment is for a full set, at which point her attitude fell apart!
  She became very grumpy and unfriendly, she immediately tried to push me into doing basic manicure, I declined, she then tried convincing me to do acrylic, I declined again and assured her I had an appointment for the service I was in for, which upset her more.
  She did an awful job on my nails, refused to make conversation or acknowledge my compliments. She instead eavesdropped on surrounding conversations and jumped in those.
  One of the services advertised for this salon is cocktails with service, *which was a selling point since I was going on vacation and salon services were part of the beginning to unwind* though the nail tech never offered me a drink, despite every other customer with a drink on-hand. Even after I asked her about the drinks, she told me there was a charge for everything except water and that I couldn't have one because of my lash appointment...
  After having my lashes done by the owner (who was much nicer, but only okay at lashes and burned my eyes by telling me to open them with glue fumes still fresh) I was sat at the pedicure station, where the owner asked me if I'd received a COMPLIMENTARY COCKTAIL yet... I told her no, and she quickly took my order and had one brought to me.
  The pedicure was only okay, but held up on vacation, so that's good.
  *I tipped everyone who provided my services $10 cash, despite the awful/rude woman and the weak services.
  I have no intention of ever returning.
